Enrollment Information
All students wishing to attend DaVinci Academy Secondary Program must complete an application and provide other enrollment paperwork for the school year they wish to attend. After the application is submitted, please provide a physical copy of birth certificate, vaccination record as well as the most recent student transcript of report card to the front office of DaVinci Academy. Until those items are received all applications are considered incomplete and not on the wait list. Once completed applicants will be added to our waitlist until open enrollment begins. A DaVinci staff member will contact you if your application is pulled in the lottery. You will have a set amount of time to accept or reject the offer to join the school.
Once accepted, families will receive instructions to create a parent account in the ASPIRE student information system. This account is used for course selection (grades 7–12) and for completing student registration, which begins August 1. Enrollment and registration are separate processes and are often confused.
DaVinci Academy accepts applications throughout the year and maintains a waitlist for students who wish to enroll if space becomes available. Students transferring to DaVinci must complete the online application and submit all required paperwork before being added to the waitlist.
Each year, DaVinci Academy typically enrolls 150–200 new students across all grade levels. In the secondary program most new students are added in the 7th grade. Other grades will have spots filled as those become available. Applications open January 1, and acceptance notifications begin March 1 for the upcoming school year.
